This is how the "Movement Music" works...
My Cousin Dugee F. summoned my presence at a recent studio session, that was inspiring for anyone who is into he world of the Arts. The amount of creative energy flowing through the room was surreal. Mr. Fairmont Heights was doing the Production thing on the iMac, Dugee was in the booth, and of course I was doing the graphic design thing on Photoshop CS4.!

This is the outcome of the creative 'aura' that was surging through the room.!

This track will probably be the ONE track that I remember until the day that I get put into a Retirement Home. If I told you the story that goes with the track, you wouldn't believe it. Just know that a certain street officer with the PG County Police Department commented on how he enjoyed the song, and how it has a 'club feel.' So Thanks Mr. Officer for the extra blogging material.! We appreciate what you'll do.!

When I think of the new voices of DMV hip hop, or what the style of hip hop should be, I think of a couple of names... One of those guys that stand out in my mind just goes by the name: Shov. (http://eeshov.wordpress.com/)

His latest single, "Candle Eyes" was sampled from Massachucet's own Indie-Electric band, Passion Pit, and definitely shows the more chill, emotional side of the DMV artist. Don't just take my word for it, zone out to it yourself. [Click HERE]
Through a short email, Shov described his new concept that is pretty synonymous with that of Dude Skateboards:
"That first pic is like the explanation to this whole "Passion Knit" thing i'm doing with this song and songs that will soon be released. In a way its the cover art."

This week Maryland has been super sunny, which caused "California On The Brain" Sydrome.! In respect of the super hot sun, the jeans this week got super skinny with the Vans and Nike SBs.!
